  • Tomas Spicer is pleased to present Sketchbooks Ongoing (2023–2025), a suite of limited edition archival prints drawn from an evolving body of sketchbook works created during his MFA at Goldsmiths, University of London.

     

    These intimate, expressive compositions offer a rare glimpse into the raw, unfiltered process of making—where gesture, rhythm, and intuition converge. Created in moments between formal works, they reflect a period of intense experimentation, freedom, and reflection, giving form to thinking in motion.

     

    Originally exhibited at Goldsmiths MFA Studios and House Work Presents Gallery in London, the series invites viewers into the margins of a practice in flux—where the sketchbook becomes a site of resistance, rehearsal, and renewal.
